Since we do not have a user account system, we do not collect or store personal information such as names, emails, or passwords. However, the App may request limited permissions strictly for functionality:

a. Geolocation Data

The App may request access to your device’s geolocation (GPS) while the app is open to determine if you are near a location of interest. This data is used in real time and is not stored on our servers.

b. Photo Gallery Access

The App may request access to your photo gallery solely to allow you to upload photos anonymously when submitting content. Uploaded photos are stored on our servers but are not linked to any personal identifiers.

2. What We Collect and Why

We do not have a user account system, so all data is collected and handled anonymously. Below is a functional breakdown:

• Geolocation Data
  Collected only while the app is in use (real-time, not stored).
  Purpose: To verify proximity to a location before allowing related submissions.
• Photo Gallery Access
  Requested only if you upload photos.
  Handled anonymously: Uploaded images cannot be linked back to you.

3. How We Secure Your Data

We prioritize security with the following measures:

• Encrypted Communications: All app–server exchanges use SSL/TLS.
• Encrypted Storage: Stored data (e.g., submitted photos) is encrypted at rest.
• Least Privilege: System and staff access are restricted to what is strictly necessary.

4. Data Retention

• Geolocation: Never stored — processed in real time and discarded.
• Submitted Content (e.g., photos): Stored indefinitely unless deletion is requested.
• No Personal Profiles: No personal data = no user‑specific retention policies.
